a little more about my journey
I’m a yoga teacher passionate about creating a space for self-connection and healing. musana yoga started in 2021 with a simple goal: to help others find balance in an ever-changing world. what began in a cozy studio in kampala, uganda, has now travelled with me to the UK, where I’m excited to share my practice as a freelance yoga teacher in brighton, east sussex.
‘musana’ means ‘sunshine’ in luganda. I chose this name because I truly believe yoga can make your soul shine. musana is also the name of our dog, who we rescued from a shelter in uganda six years ago. she is very proud to have a yoga business named after her. named after her.
B.K.S. IYENGAR
at the core of my teaching is the belief that yoga is a powerful tool for:
in a fast-moving world filled with daily pressures, I’m passionate about creating classes where you can slow down, breathe, and truly come back to yourself.
my personal experiences navigating both mental and physical health challenges, including severe pcos, have given me a deep understanding of the struggles that can arise in daily life. I know how hard it can be to find the motivation to care for your body, but I’ve also experienced how transformative a yoga practice can be, especially during difficult times.
my hope is to offer a practice that meets you exactly where you are – because while we are all unique, we are all navigating the constant ebb and flow of life. I look forward to sharing this journey with you and creating a space where you can find ease, comfort, and belonging.
with love,
